15th may : OPD 

16th may : attended 2-4 session , about sarcoidosis,examined the case for Monday unit 5 case presentation .

17th May : Sunday rounds and follow up

18th may : attended 2 to 4 session. Presented theory discussion on portal hypertension ..

19th May: attended 2-4 class , discussion about , A case of acute diarrhea and suspecting pulmonary tuberculosis in retroviral disease . read about "approach to patient with diarrhoea" .

20 th may : Examined the case of " A 30 year old Male with c/o SOB and pedal edema and read about heart failure.

Attended 2 to 4 session , the same case was presented .. , was involved in the discussion and examination ,many incidental findings( like neurological deficit, endocrinological disorders etc) and differential diagnosis were discussed after the case was examined by professors .

21st may : attended 2 -4 class .. presented my thesis topic " clinical features, management and outcome in patients of poisonous snake envenomation .

22nd May: OPD

23rd may: attended rounds and examined the case of RT UL AND LOWER LIMB WEAKNESS ( RT SIDED HEMIPARESIS) which was admitted in opd AND Investigated the case . 

24th May : Opd duty and casualty duty

25th may: official leave 

26th may :attended 2 to 4 session , discussion of a case of diabetic ketoacidosis acidosis in a patient of type 1 diabetes mellitus.and read about management of DKA.

27th May - attended 2 to 4 discussion of a case of hypovolemic shock secondary to acute diarrhea. With old cva. . 

28th may-. took history and examined a case of 18/M with Ascending paralysis along with the unit pgs.  

29th may: have show a case sheet related to my thesis to professor and discussed with him . And then attended my OPD. 

30th may : attended the 2 to 4  session and involved in discussion of a case presentation of a 55yr old Male with c/o

Swelling of left gluteal region , pain and pus points .. (a case of left gluteal abscess with cellulitis with intrinsic aki.) .
